As for Grealish, I agree not sure TFG have the appetite to drop what’s likely going to be a £40m investment without a possibly future ROI.
However, if we get Europe he’s certainly the sort of player that would significant improve our chances of silverware, but at going on 31 there will be a huge question mark over risk of injury.

We need to be offering him a new contract asap, there is a World Cup on the Horizon and if he performs like we know he can the vultures will be circling 100% and they will be the sort of vultures that Illy will find hard to resist. He needs that new contract mate.
I think we will try to sign Grealish but we aren't going to pay 30m plus. If it happens it will be a sensible deal for us.
I hope we keep Ndiaye and I think there's a good chance we will. But if we get an enormous offer he will be sold. Just like any other player in our squad. It would take over 70m though I reckon considering some of the fees paid for average players in this league.

As @Neiler says its slightly odd we haven't offered a new contract to him as a bit of a 'protective cloak' given his form and with a World Cup ahead. Can't you send one of your famous dm's to the club and tell them to get a move on with it mate

Quite true but I think one will and if I had to pick one I think it will be Jack.
His head might be turned though mate, he’s on a relatively paltry wage and while he has years left on his contract, CL clubs will be aware of those conditions and leveraging them to unsettle him. He needs a new contract and weird there is no sounds around about a new one - as the club will be aware of all the above.
