...been discussing it in the transfer thread. My take is that his contract is up in the summer and we were not offering him another. The head of West Ham's academy has liked watching him for England youth and thinks he could be a late developer. The Hammers have taken a punt on him.
He wasnt going to be offered a new contract and West Ham offered him 1.
