Sure, but the first part of that post says we are paying them back this month, at which point we have no relationship with them at all. So the outcome of the appeal would be irrelevant to them, even if we already somehow knew it.

777 is still an investment firm. Investment firms are always looking for new investors.

Investors have been notified that Everton Football Club will be paying off the loan to MSP. The payoff is to occur on or about January 15th. This is in anticipation of a 777 takeover on January 30th.

MSP has also been told by the Club that they anticipate the points deduction to be reduced to 6 points.

MSP interest in us is just as a lender isn’t it ? There may be a clause that if an alternative deal goes through (777) the loan becomes repayable. If the loan is being properly serviced it would be unlikely that they are entitled to close info
