He refused to let them look at the books so they could perform due diligence. No idea what he was hiding or if he was hiding anything, but it was a massive error of judgement.

It doesn't make a lot of sense, but who knows what they signed when they took the money.

Could also be MSP not thinking the club are worth the 25% while they have first dibs on the TV money I suppose but it hasn't been reported that way.
