Do you honestly think if he had a big transfer budget that would change his selections, tactics and subbing?

I believe that his selections, tactics and subs are restricted by the playing staff available to him, and their inherent abilities or in hibbo's case inabilities
Have you seen the squad he has?
Have you seen the squad he has?
Yup....and your point is what exactly?
The squad he assembled?
I didn't say it wasn't? read Mutso's post.
Harry's backtracking now. I knew he would

No but the point is, every player currently at the club was brought in by Moyes. Do I think there's managers who can use that squad better? Yes. But you've got to build a squad too and surely if you're weighing our potential for success with him as a manager against bringing in someone new, you have to aknowledge that he's very good at doing that.
I mean who on here had heard of Seamus Coleman before we brought him?
am i missing something here? Mutso said he hasn't got the playing staff and i said i think he has. Don't disagree with your post, but it has nothing to do with what i said?

We have the biggest and best squad we've had for a long time...but compare our bench against Chelsea's or Man Utd's and you can see the depth of quality and options available to their manager's, compared to us, and Davey.
Put Moyes in charge of Man Utd / Chelsea, and do you think they would not continue to be successful? Apart from Europe where Davey has limited experience I believe that they would continue to enjoy national success under him as a manager.
Do I think he's the complete finished article - No far from it
He's learning all the time...and he will continue to improve as amanager and so will Everton as a team so long as he's with us.
As for Tactical Knowledge - Think back to last season
2 wins against City
Home wins against Chelsea and Man U
Away draw against Arsenal (shud've won it)
Not bad for someone who's supposed to have limited tactical knowledge!
Yes we've started off slowly this season...it will improve, we will have a good season, and yes Coleman, and Rodwell will establish themselves...
Relax...Kick Back....Trust in Davey
