Most Overrated Band Of All Time

I go to a festival every year called Slam Dunk in Leeds

It promotes itself as a Pop Punk festival

Headliners last year were All Time Low and they were pretty good

But over the past few years I have discovered some great bands at this festival, will probably be obscure to most but if you ever get the chance to see them live you should see these

Boston Manor
Knuckle Puck
Trash Boat
Neck Deep

The energy and atmosphere are amazing

Some great studio stuff too

The Pistols/The Damned/The Clash were all posers.

Crass were the real deal. They managed to upset just about everyone. MI5 even kept a file on them.

I was a big fan - Crass re-defined Punk

Neck Deep are the best pop punk band of the 2010's. Some brilliant songs.

However if you are going slam dunk this year, you simply have to catch Code Orange.

The best hardcore band in the world, period.

Never give them the time but hear their name mentioned every now and then.

Sorry- can't agree.

Practically everybody who appears in the top 40,pushed by salesmen greedy to collect money from teenagers who know no better,is less talented and less original than The Who.

You may not like them and that's fine by me, but there are far more overrated bands.

There`s so much quality stuff that they`ve done, Baba O`Riley being the pick for me.

It's a great city Jay. Water scenes everywhere. Mountain views. On both sides. Beechers is an excellent cheesemaker. Oh and we got beer and loads of it. And if coffee is your thing (not mine) you'll find it within sneeze of wherever you are.

And plenty of rain to make the English feel at home.
