I'm a little more cynical about the way the club is run and really struggle with the idea that he and his agent were told he'd get a Haribo cup game or two and the odd twenty minutes here and there.and they'd sign on that basis. Just think we've signed a lad totally unsuited to the system we play pointing to flaws in our scouting and assessment of players, and if he isn't showing in training it's because his confidence has taken a knock because of the way he's been treated.

Wouldnt be surprised if hes been told that there is a spot up for grabs and he has this year to adapt.

I imagine we may be fine with DCL and Richarlison till Jan / Feb with Kean making gradual cameos.

....I’m not sure I understand your point. The lad has been signed with the intention of playing him. The fact he’s not secured a place is down to his performance.

I’m sure Silva/Brands did not intend for him to play so little. Like all players, he has to earn a starting place. He’s been a disappointment but Brands hasn’t got many wrong thus far.

For rational people, not desperate for attention, that's an important distinction before labelling someone something pretty awful.

No, because if anyone feels that any player is lazy, they should be reasonably allowed to state so without fear of being labelled a racist. lol

It's dangerous, bullying, mob-handed nonsense from the 'woke', professionally (eternally) offended.

Perhaps, just perhaps, it's not actually the word 'lazy' that issue is being taken with. Instead, it's any comments on Kean that may be somewhat negative.

It's probably too much to ask for a little bit more maturity with instances like this. Sad.
