Everywhere I look people are calling or sending txts or on that WhatsApp thing or facetime or any amount of kids toys they put on them these days.
Whatever happened to a handwritten letter.

I use an old blackberry for work, as they are indestructible, and ive just been given a Samsung s6, which I will use outside of work, as my blackberry is embarrassing according to some!

When our lad was younger we used to get him to write thank you letters to the people who sent him Christmas/birthday presents, now he's 18 he just texts them "Thanks" that's it.

Imagine being in Tesco and hand writing a letter to your Mrs asking what she wanted for tea and having to wait for her reply!

We have a few elderly neighbours who give my lads money every Christmas, we make still make the eldest write thank you cards to them.
