Minor things that make you happy

Had a text this morning from my dentist saying I need to book my next appointment.

I’ve not been for a while and feared that I’d been taken off their system. As far as NHS dentists go they’re really good. Last I heard they had an 800 person long waiting list, so I’m pretty relieved.

I haven’t had an appointment since 2019. They cancelled my last one at end of 2019 and never put a new date in (and then covid happened). Rang up a month ago and they still had me (but couldn’t give me an appt until June).

My wife rang up a week later and they gave her like 10 different times for an appt in April.

If I was going big balls on a lego set it would have to be the Millennium or the AtAt.
My eldest daughter has just started on lego..... happy days.

Yeah, I thought the Falcon was the one until I saw the AT-AT, I've neither the money nor the space though!

And this mornings effort, so the wee house is mostly built, onto the rest of the tower next I reckon.

And he's done!























Brilliant work gone into the design of this, so many little details hidden away inside that are barely visible once its complete. Looks fantastic once the light is spinning. Chuffed, this'll be the last one for a while though!
