Birthday. Stress free Sunday ending with footy and the pub. Oh and the barmaid sorted me out a shot of water knowing I wasn't in the mood for not keeping it session.

...it's been a couple of years since I changed my specs so I booked an eye test for later this morning. The optician rang yesterday to check I was still going and informed me the test is free now that I've reached 60. News to me but there are some advantages in being old.

I had an eye test at the weekend too mate.

Mine was free too, due to my mum having glaucoma in one eye

...just got back, 20% off the glasses as well for over 60s which made a difference. Hoping the new specs will help me pick out a winner or two at Aintree next week!!
