LeBlaqCoq here. I posted a thread a while a ago, suggesting that the Brits could learn a thing or two from South Africans on how to deal with yobs. Yet again the lads in uniform have gone on to remind all South Africans that their tax money is being put to good use, kudos to them.
As for those sanctimonious, tree hugging media outlets that like blowing things out of proportion (namely, Sky,BBC,Al Jazzera and France24), get your facts right!!!
All the coppers were doing was defending themslves against machete wielding yobs who killed 2 police officers on wednesday. Why the hell were they(the protesters) carrying machetes, spears and guns in the first place?
I'll tell you why. They were looking for trouble and they got what they deserved!!! It just sickens me when foreigners who know nothing about SA get on their high horse and start making sweeping statements like ''these scenes are reminiscent of the bad old days of apartheid''. What a load of rubbish!!!!! What were the coppers supposed to do? Just sit there with their arms crossed and yell out ''come have a go lads,i've always wanted to know how it feels like to be hacked to death with a machete''. Nonsense!!!
I personally couldn't be prouder of the man and women in uniform. I'll be filing me tax returns with a huge, glowing smile in me face, safe in the knowledge that our law enforcement officers do not take **** from anyone and will not hesitate to rid our beautiful country of troublemakers. Unlike the brits who let delinquent teens run amock, trashing london and terrorising the civilians. I feel sorry for you lot!!!
