I would prefer to let Jose Mourinho appoint his own staff.

I would request he keeps Duncan and Unsworth on the backroom staff however.

Can't see a reason not to if he's supposedly highly sought after, just depends on whether the new manager wants him.

When does Cahill retire? As I want him back plus Mikel will come as well as he also in love with Tim.

Tim drive would be a massive asset in the backroom, better then Ferguson.

Why do Managers appoint everyone? Managers shouldnt be give this much power. We can't afford to replace a full management team every time we sack a manager and I recken we will have a new manager every 3 years now.

You've got to let a manager bring in whoever he/she wants. It's the whole package. What if Arteta, for example, doesn't quite fit with the new manager's ideas?
