Agreed, mate... He's been better than Tarkowski, but in the context that he's still shte.

Tarkowski hasn't really set a high bar for him this season.

He’s seemed a bit off it for the last couple of years, but as he’s played over 200 games for us, he actually has to go down as one of the rare successes of that summer. His lack of pace and subdued character mean that he’s never going to be the top level we wanted, but he has actually contributed over a long period. And I still think that he could form a good partnership with Branth, although we may never get the chance to find out.
