Yes it was ridiculous by Young to take that throw in, but a 6 foot 4 centre half, in that position, going in for a 50/50 against a striker, needs to either smash the ball away, or smash the striker instead. I might have seen it wrong, but it looked like he just swung his foot at it and the striker was able to toe it away from him and score with his second touch. The nervousness in the team and the stands whenever Keane plays is palpable, he desperately needs, once again, to be dropped from the side and given an extended period out of the team.
