We need numbers in midfield and theres no doubting he has potential. I wouldnt mind seeing him signed.

Those judging him on one game need to have a word with themselves.

Watched him a lot last season, especially after news broke that David Moyes was interested in signing him. He's a good young player with lots of potential. Think he also has the right kind of mentality for Moyes. Only know about his attacking qualities though, as he plays as an am for his current club. He would be the perfect understudy to Tim Cahill in my eyes, but I'm not to sure if he's ready for the Premiership just yet. Wouldn't mind him at Everton though.

He's got the right attributes. Tenacious, hardworking, agressive and decent on the ball. He has the physique and the height, it wouldn't suprise me if he made it in England.

It did make me laugh when everyone ripped into him after one meaningless game in which every players was piss poor, I suppose that's just the way alot of people are. In reality he is a decent player, an effective player and a player with good potential.

I think he'll go from Holland to Germany and then end it up England. Germany will be good for his development and prepare him for the Prem.

Wouldn't mind seeing him in our uniform this season and the coming ones. But I hope he isn't the big signing, more like a good squadfiller.
He can do his job and give us more options in midfield and he might improve our midfield in some areas, but he won't be a significant and groundshaking improvement... like he'd be if he'd signed 3-4 years ago.

Like I said before.

I think he's a solid player now with much more to learn. I don't think he'd be suited for England though and that Germany would be a better option for him.

After watching him in the Olympics I'd have to say no. He's a solid player, he has potential but I don't think he'd offer us anything.

I don't think he'd be suited to English football either, I think the pace would be too much for him.

He's [Poor language removed].

You know what's really funny?

When I saw that Cal had posted in this thread, I immediately said to myself that "I bet Cal posts that he's [Poor language removed]."

You did not disappoint. :lol::lol:

You must have a "He's [Poor language removed]" key on your keyboard.

He would be better than Rodwell immediately and has as much upside. The only reason we haven't signed him already is the transfer budget is so tight.

Perhaps the Bradley rumors signify a shift in strategy where we give up on one target to get the big one like Moutinho and settle for a Bradley. Time is running out and they are getting desperate no matter what Moyes. If Everton miss Europe and don't get their stadium the banks will come a calling like a bad episode of Dream Team.
