Micah Richards

Got Kyle Naughton...dont need Richards....In the bin he goes.

Lol.

Anyway, City seem to be in for Maicon. What are the chances we'd be able to get Richards or Zabaleta in the case that this signing goes through? If not now then in January, maybe. And would people want them?

Someone reminded me earlier on here that Richards can also play CB. If Mancini wants to go through with his new 3 CB formation, I'd expect him to want to keep hold of Richards for the versatility he offers. The same applies to Zabaleta.

Oh, and wasn't part of the reason they bought Rodwell due to them needing British players to fill their quota? I could be just making that up, like.

As nice as it is to be linked with such good players I don't really think '4 fish' makes it a certainty by any stretch.

Though I give the N'zonzi transfer 17 out of a possible 20 pork chops so expect him in blue before 12pm.

I along with Fabio Cappello & Roy Hodgson am in the belief that Micah Richards is probably the most over rated footballer in the league. Whenever I have seen him at Goodison he has been at fault for goals, doesn't seem to have any discipline what so ever and generally gets away with being crap at football on the basis that he is a beast of a physical specimen and like Joey Yobo can get away with **** ups on the basis that he is good at recovering his errors
