Fish and chips is a Friday night dish for me. Don't know why. Probably because we had fish on a Friday when I was young.

Too warm for a Sunday roast but wanted something to set me up for a boozy afternoon watching the football. I think I made the right choice.

I don't like too many chips tbh. When me and Cal used to get fish and chips from the chippy we'd get a small portion of chips between us and still throw some out.

Well that's a result. Just been through my wardrobe and found enough of my older shirts that now fit me again and don't need ironing.

The best bit is my neighbours would never have seen me wearing them so they'll probably think they're new.

Just the 2 dress shirts need ironing and I may just prey on Michelle's good nature. Women are always suckers when us men feign helplessness. lol Mind you in this case I'm not feigning.

That portion size in ATs pic looked perfect for me. I'd have preferred some garden peas with it though rather than a side salad.

Got to be mushy peas for me. Can't tell you why an extra pummeling makes them better though. One of life's mysteries.
