Really glad you enjoyed it AT I passed by on the bus goingbto Liverpool from Heswall where I'm staying and did remember you were going and wondered how you were getting on.Really enjoyed it jazzy. Friendly bunch and I’m glad they got a point out of it despite being outplayed. I was asked a few times why I was there which did make me smile- can’t be many travel for a League 2 game.
Thanks to @bigjonny and @larbert toffee for the travel advice. Easy found from Lime Street underground in the end. Cheaper train tickets than at home as well.

Moshiri was only part of a consortium that owned it but it had been sold on before Everton were.I wonder does Moshiri still own it /her or was it part of the deal ,great to see you taking in the sites as usual.
Hope you enjoy your first visit to our new home mate. And of course bring us some good luck too.
Morning Val. Yes things a bit better today. I managed to get the TV from my bedroom linked up to my SkyBox but couldn't find connections to my DVD player or soundbar but will be fine without those until I can get myself a new TV. Will probably start looking at these this afternoon. The TV must have been at least 10/12 years old. It was one of the first smart TV models so I can't complain. And the Amazon Prime must have been linked to the Skybox and not the TV itself, so I still have it.Morning all, just catching up. Hope things get a bit better today @Barnfred 55; well done you @Gwladysover - it can be nerve wracking can’t it; hope the family are better @anjelikaferrett ; glad to hear your enjoying your weekend @Armaghtoffee and let’s hope that enjoyment continues today for us all; glad you enjoyed Suzanne Vegas @jazzy and @bigjonny - it’s a lovely venue isn’t it.
And hope everyone else is having a decent weekend.
We’ve been shopping for outdoor lights and a car seat for the baby to keep in our car as it’s a real faff swapping it over - blimey I really don’t know how families afford everything they need these days, we are not very family supportive as a country are we.
Don’t like the 4.30 kick off but we’ll just crack on and keep our fingers crossed
Hopefully we’ll all enjoy the rest of the weekend![]()
Peter is also going to lend me his spare phone charger until I can get a new one, and he's taking me to Asda tomorrow morning so I can stock up on supplies. So 4 or my 5 problems sorted. And the 5th wasn't exactly a life changing problem so yes, a lot happier today. Enjoy the game later.Make sure when you look at the next TV it fits where you want to put it as a lot of differing leg arrangements exist now . My advice get a 55" as it is the most popular and will be the most competetively priced ,think twice before getting this years models as they carry a premium and don't pay too much attention to the specs as they are like a phone or car not many people need all the functions .Morning Val. My heating and hot water is back on too. I try not to turn the heating on until after the clocks go back, but I don't feel overly guilty about giving myself 12 hours grace. It was quite straightforward too. We did it via WhatsApp video link and the hardest part was getting the camera on my phone realigned so Peter could see the various dials on the function boxes so he could talk me through it. Nothing too complex for me mate. You know what I'm like.Make sure when you look at the next TV it fits where you want to put it as a lot of differing leg arrangements exist now . I thought ours was finished a few weeks ago and almost bought the latest version of the same tv but when I went to test it I realised that it was virtually the same as our old one ,one point to bear in mind is that I think it is LG have a much better speaker system than the rest 40w instaed of the normal 20w but if your sound bar fits-check if it does-your new set then that nugget of wisdom is pointless !
.

You have to be so technical these days to do the basics and thanks will do - just hoping for a reasonable resultMorning Val. Yes things a bit better today. 14th but if we win one points behind them .We are 14th in the prem at the moment, we really need 3points today,
The big problem as we all know we don’t have a CF that knows how to finish the chances, so we have to rely on the players around them to score.
Beto is due one can’t fault his effort, so here’s hoping for him today

Second visit but couldn’t bring the luck of the first. Fantastic day though.Hope you enjoy your first visit to our new home mate. And of course bring us some good luck too.
