I think so too. I have a friend that still dealing with the effects a year after. I can’t even imagine how challenging it must be for a footballer having to give so much of themselves during matches and training after having Covid.

Morning one and all hope everyone has amnesia this morning but has a fine day .Quite awful last night but hey ho we all have other things worth more concern .
I am off to chop wood as we have log fires and then I have promised myself to tidy the garage , we have to clean the house this next few days as we have guests on Friday staying over .

I had visions of retirement - sitting back, relaxing watching the world rush by. Reality has been Can you just… pick kids up, dog sit, help with decorating etc. Still it’s good to feel useful and wouldn’t have it any other way really.

Morning Messy and all. It has stopped raining at last. Our work IT system has just crashed so I can't do anything. It really is a piece of garbage and was once described in a House of Commons Finance Committee meeting as a "masterclass in incompetence" several hundred millions of pounds wasted so far, new IT provider and it is still rubbish.
Anyway you don't all want to hear me moan. I'll have a browse of the forum, make more coffee and might even have a Weetabix or two! Have a lovely day folks. Any plans today Messy?
