I hadn’t noticed that until you said it. Must be a cost issue given the extortionate price of even standard eggs now. What happened to Easter eggs in a mug, never see them nowadays ?

I have no idea if Finland contracts out the health services but it is available here to us in a place called Tampere ,worth a look after for you . I think my friend paid 1500€ .So after being let down for my hip replacement, I’m thinking of going private my mate went to Lithuania and got his done, I’m thinking of going to Toronto to get mine done
$21,00O lot of money but as people have told me we need that quality of life and at the moment with the situation with my hip not being able to do every day things , it will be money well spent.
They told us it would be 9 months to get the foreign birth registration- which was bang on for my brother. Once he applied for his passport it only took a couple of weeks. My foreign birth registration took 11 months but I still haven't had it sent back to me after not being delivered. Im going to ring them today@anjelikaferrett just been reading an interview with Ireland’s new declaree Harvey Vale. It took him 15 months to get his passport. He qualifies through his Grandfather.
One man's meat is another man's poison I guess , I thought it was absolutely shocking.SNL on Sky is good. Not for everyone but it does the trick for me.
@Barnfred 55 excellent showing from Wolf Alice this evening. Hope you got to see it.
Thanks for the heads up ( excuse the pun). Always wanted to go to MP but not so sure now . I'm like Mr P , suffer from vertigoEvening everyone I hope you’re all well. I was sad to see ROI go out last night too and am just watching Garner in the friendly against Uruguay.i hope he doesn’t take any chances with injury whilst trying to impress Tuchel but if a World Cup place is at stake I guess you would.
Yesterday we went to Manchester to a virtual reality trip around Machu Pichu. Well I reckon my knees would not take me around the real one so this was as good as it could get. Very weird, first time I’ve done anything like it. At one point in the virtual world you got taken up thousands of feet stood on a rock - I have never been so scared I literally couldn’t moveit was like having a nightmare but being awake. Hubby couldn’t cope with it as it gave him vertigo so I went to machu pichu on my own. A very interesting experience.
Enjoy your EFC free weekend everyone![]()
As with the very little legal advice that I offer nowadays , having been retired for over 10 years , it comes with a caveat - check it with someone who knows what they are talking about Pete.Years ago I bought a business and building that was an art gallery and picture framers for my wife and son and had the ownership put in their names so that it was theirs. They ran it together for 20+ years until my wife’s Alzheimer’s took over. Anyway, my son has been approached by another businessman looking for premises for which ours fits the bill and we’ve reached agreement on price. I hold a Lasting Power of Attorney on behalf of my wife as she is incapable in the extreme. I think I’m allowed due to the LPOA, together with my son, to sell the property without going to court for additional permission. I’ll have to have a word with our solicitor I suppose. Yet something else running around my head in the wee small hours. It’s hard enough just looking after Kay all day without having to deal with additional legal issues. I really wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. Anyway I’ll try to get some sleep and figure it all out……
Or ones in egg cups. My brother and I had ones with Pinky and Perky on, I still have mine. What happened to Easter eggs in a mug, never see them nowadays ?
All about the mood you are in I guess. The music wouldn’t appeal to you either I’d imagine. One man's meat is another man's poison I guess , I thought it was absolutely shocking.

However , having also got a LPOA for my mum ( who sadly has no real assets) yes I believe that it gives you title to sell the property on behalf of Kay.
You will, of course, have to effectively keep her share of any proceeds in a trust for her use but I'm sure you were going to do that anyway / realised that.
The conveyancing / commercial solicitor handling the sale will be able to advise you further.
Definitely not recommended thenThanks for the heads up ( excuse the pun). Always wanted to go to MP but not so sure now . I'm like Mr P , suffer from vertigo
