You didn’t hang about getting that organised! I sense you are counting the days down.Well, flights, trains and airport hotel all booked. Just need to arrange for somebody to hop over from Finland to press my summer shirts and I'm sorted.
Rob's a bit of a control freak tbh. Only mentioned it to me about 9pm Saturday evening and had me round there at 9am yesterday morning to book the flights. Then he called me at 10 this morning to see if I'd booked the train tickets and airport hotel yet for my return journey (I'm coming back a couple of days before them for logistic reasons). In fairness though I am leaving in a little over 2 weeks so I haven't got that much time to play with anyway.
You are bound to be excited, it’s a once in a lifetime trip for many. You are right to get the arrangements in hand now though leaving you time to just focus on the experience and not the mechanics of it.
