Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven


I feel strangely calm ( resigned?) about Trump . I woke early to see the numbers , watched his speech etc . I feel more sorry for the US public, and those subtle but significant changes he can make, Supreme Court etc, which linger for years. I guess he won it on the crucial question of “ Are you better off now than four years ago? “. He may not have been crooked but Biden was certainly a let down.
 
Good evening folks. Today has been a waiting in kind of day. Waiting for parcels and our new freezer arrived. I love it. The old one ( at least 27 yr old) had got to the point where it had more ice than the North face of The Eiger.
I hope you are all having a good evening. I've been avoiding US politics- I'm still shocked but not surprised.I also hope you feel better soon @Terrarian .

I don’t know how the results went for Grandma as it wasn’t mentioned when we dropped Harry and Minnie off and I didn’t like to ask. Given she has just had a bladder op I think the news may not have been that good. I do so hope I’m wrong.

Good morning all on this dark one here . I hope all had a good night and have a special day today .
I had a talk with my son , he wanted it ,he explained how he has developed this special app that should be launched on the Apple shop site and will sell lots .I understood very little but nodded a lot and asked questions that I thought would not leave him looking shocked ! He is a much better frame of mind and has an appointment next week with the assessors for them to decide if is is on the A scale or not .
