It’s lovely round that way, love the Hills and Hollows, used to bike there a lot mind you I was a lot younger then way back in the Dark Ages. lol

I thought a long boat was your mode of transport ,just saying for a friend.

Well it’s been a lovely day today, took my wife for a drive and then called in the pub. Everyone went overboard in welcoming her back, but tbh it just didn’t register with her. No matter, she had a half of Moretti, the first alcoholic drink she’s had in a year and a half, the sun shone and even though she lives in her own little world I hope she enjoyed it……..

Just got on the train at Euston with the boy(38 but still the boy) after the Emirates. stayed in MK last night and went to a great Indian. Will be asleep before Crewe

Thanks Anj. I hope so, but we’ll never know. I had a dream last night that she was behaving and talking to me as she used to, I was so happy in the dream. Then I woke up and reality came flooding back…I prefer the dream world…….

Came and checked our tickets cos I’d upgraded to 1st class, then told us the service wasn’t available due to staff shortages. I have to write in for a refund apparently. If I never had the right ticket they would demand the extra there and then. 13 coaches with one person servicing it.
