The cynic in me suspects half of these acts disbanded a long time ago but when someone offered them a few bob to play, they found each other’s numbers again!

Glad you explained that and put me out of my misery.The In N' Out name is due to their fast service. Like I mentioned to @Billy Dean, they only serve burgers, so even with the long lines that they can get, it doesn't take much time to receive your meal.
Hard to beat a good burger joint. 5 Guys I see over here now but never actually tried it. Would you recommend?

Yes! Never really been able to get into them but they’d be a good one to say I’ve seen live.
Be great to see Mr Bungle. Saw FNM at Download a while ago now and Mike Patten is always a good time. Loved Sevendust live when I saw them, too, so they’re another I’m looking forward to.
Korn are a funny one. I loved the first 3 albums but now if I listen to them I wonder what I was thinking. With that said, though, I quite liked their most recent one!!!
Will give it a go. There’s always an urge this time of year for finding new stuff.
