Meeting Blues in Random places!!

Flying home from a work trip on Friday from Calgary to Denver (Via Phoenix) sat next to a man with a Canadian accent that started talking American football. I told him I did follow the Broncos ( Denver's Team) but that my true love was World Football. He then asked me what was my team, I asked him if he knew what the EPL was and he nodded, and I said Everton. He looked in shock and jumped for his I-Phone to show me his Everton app. We spent some time discussing the team , how I was choosen and the lot.

The 3 hour flight was made more enjoyable.

He should be posting when he gets back from his trip to Phoenix as I did make him aware of this site and I am sure his name will have something about Latchford in it.

Flying home from a work trip from Calgary to Denver. I shall be thinking about this tomorrow morning at 6.00 am when I head off to Asda (owned by Walmart) to load the home shopping vans. Lol. Not having a go mate honest. Just shows the breadth and depth of those that were chosen. I live in Sheffield and meet a few blues here but all seem to be ex scousers. Did bump into a lad in Turkey years ago with an Everton shirt. Oddly the only English he knew was 'Everton are magic' and rather strangely 'Duncan, Duncan Ferguson'

I am yet to find a Blue here. Not that I've actually spent any time looking, but still - I'd like to not be the only blue in the pub on Derby day.

Actually if it was a saturday game I'd consider it (with or without your generous offer x), but I'd have to watch the game and get straight back here, as I have important lectures, which I can't really skip.

Met a local from Laos with an everton shirt on. Was weird as ****. He was a little con man though. Rinsed (I say rinsed, the price started at about 10p and ended up going up to about a quid) me for a lift on his moped after we'd already agreed a price and kept trying to sell us weed but over there you should never buy anything like that off people you don't trust as they'll just rat you out to the police.

I was dissapointed in him tbh.
