Matchday pubs....

What would you all class as the best pub to go to around Goodison on a matchday? I've been to the more obvious ones, i.e Spoons, Royal Oak and the Winslow.

Any others people would recommend?

Always used to go the Carisbrooke, and had done for the last 20 years or so, but Dave left there in summer 2010. Still been going in there, but its not the same

just up from the queens arms, go there a lot it's decent.

EDIT: its frances de sales parochial club opposite aldi.

I quite like Player's, formerly known as Orry's. Not too crowded, so it's a bit easier to get served. Next time, I'll be a Goodison, I might try Sharpy's all inclusive.
