I have had another look and the ticket availability keeps changing, looks to be more there now then there was 30 mins ago

Yeah it does keep changing, I presume it's as people add/remove from baskets. The best block left is 521 which has about 100 seats left so could be a chance for those with 3+ on Monday

How do you know there's only 20 tix left?

because i signed in to the ticket account on the everton website, you can pick your seat and when you go to check out thats when they hit you with "nope you need 5 credits". not many left at all mate
