Had to call the ticket office this week and the attitude of the staff is appalling, you can actually feel their disdain channeling down the phone line as they speak to you. If this was any other business I'd have spewed off using them again and took my custom elsewhere, unfortunately football just doesn't work like that. I despise going up to the ground as you feel like your inconveniencing them from farting around on Facebook or chatting to the others in the office, you very rarely get what your after anyway as apparently this year it seems all the other clubs are at fault for not sending tickets on time or leaving the sorting of allocations until the last minute possible.
I'm 100% sure that they've replaced the staff with a gaggle of Kopites from across the park either that a half a dozen of the characters from Little Britain.

spot on . TBH it's not a new thing the way the box office staff speak to you especially over the phone . There are a couple of decent people in there ( Brendan and Michelle both are superb ) a large chunk of the rest of them are either obnoxious or useless.
