Has anyone had any issues purchasing off the site thinking you’ve bought a ticket but not getting it? Probably just me and my ADHD

I had the same when I bought my City ticket - It went to the processing page and crashed - I rang the ticket office who said I had got it and should get confirmation email soon - never believing what the ticket office say I tried again about 2 hrs later and was successful however I now have 2 pending payments

Yeah I did it for United, tickets go to my parents address come to collect it and it wasn’t there called them, and they said it failed. Happened to me for the same game last season.

United sold out on 5/6 so just missed out. You right, my 4 credits are Sheff Wed, Saints, Leicester away + Watford home. By that reckoning surely there can't be more than 5000 who have 2 or more credits so it should drop to 1 then?
What was our allocation for Sheff Wed mate?

This was the choice of seats available behind the goal for the FA Cup derby at 8:03am. Absolutely disgusting that the club keeps THIS many tickets (all the ones with the best views) for themselves, their hangers on, etc. Not to mention the RS upping the price just for the sake of greed.

Was on the site at 08:00 waiting hitting the refresh button got on about 08:01 and it was this map that greeted me. Talk about having your own fans off by not even giving them a chance to get a decent seat, I know they've gotta sort the supporters clubs out but that seems excessive. No doubt my mate who only goes sporadically (to all the popular aways) will be in the god seats waving at me with his friends who have got relations working at the club, whilst I'm sitting in the obstructed ones in the front

How many tickets go to supporters clubs? Does the club get their pick of the seats at every away game?
