Ah, you must be very young.

About 100 years ago when Lawro was playing for Liverpool, he made the disastrous error of getting blonde streaks put in his hair.

Around that time a famous solicitor in Liverpool was arrested for 'importuning' in a public toilet on Otterspool Promenade.

Linking this to Lawro's hair streaking, a silly rumour went around that Lawro was also arrested at the same place for the same offence. Utter garbage of course, but these things tend to catch fire - a bit like the 'Stan Laurel is Clint Eastwood's dad' claptrap.
