Was going well until 90 +6 the other week. Needs more time and more transfer windows. Squad is still desperately weak in areas.

A few bright spots here and there but so far I'm not overly convinced.

Of course he needs a full season before being properly judged but if you'd have said anyone back in the summer we'd spent Christmas in the bottom half, crashed out the League Cup early and been truly spanked in the league about half a dozen times we'd all have been disappinted.

Needs a very strong 2nd half of the campaign.

I voted for option No. 1 because whilst not really reflecting my feelings, it is the only option which came near to doing so


Marco was doing fine and the team was progressing well until Pickford went postal.

So I will stay with him for now, to see how he reacts to this crisis.

Happy enough with him.

He has a discernable style and it's up to the DoF to get him the players who can carry his vision out.

This season is all about sifting through who is in and who is out of his plans for the next few seasons. NEA about a mid-table finish. Anything outside a Euro spot is not an accomplishment anyway, so 6th.7th, 8th hold no fascination for me.

18 games. Some times a manager will transform a team (ahem Leicester) but usually it does not happen over night.
The usual example is Alex Ferguson. Howard Kendall. Surely Kliperty falls in to that category with all the success he's had (!) same with Poch?

as I see it , you either want him, your happy being a mid table team or you want to change him, or that you got no idea what he is trying to achieve.
