The only way they are going is when their contract ends, no clubs are showing interest and neither are unselfish enough to take a pay off to be released early

And nor should they.

Fair play to them, they get a nice tidy wedge for eating at FF then at the end they can get another nice little wedge on a free somewhere.

Lets be honest when your only talent is getting boss contracts you do what your good at.

At the end of each working day what does Marcel write down or say to his missus????

`Another disappointing day', `Nothing accomplished today'. `Spoke to some agents but no business, maybe something will pop up with a couple of hours to go'.

Repeat everyday of his working life at Goodison.

We haven't got a game until after the deadline, so it gives Brands every excuse to do what is fast becoming his usual - go to the deadline and then bring in anyone who's available like Marcos Rojo.

His actions aren't those of someone with a plan - it's the action of someone hoping for the best when the deadline approaches.

We needed one or two in first two weeks of January, clearly. We didn't do it. It's on him.

Honestly must have missed us buying Marcos Rojo you know.

He needs to get rid of Niasse and Martina by the end of the window. It's £100k pw down the drain so even getting rid on free transfers will save a couple £m by the end of the season.

It would probably more expensive to cancel their contracts than just letting them hang around ;-(
