Fans of the Premier League's six wealthiest clubs are paying an average of £74 per ticket for each match they attend, while ticket revenues are soaring, according to data from a new report.

Fair question, but you could also ask has the standard of the Premier league dropped, I think it has even watching the top 4 half the time I'm bored to death. Mostly rely on a corner to even score.

League seems to be in transition, but total points by the 3 relegated sides seems the most even handed way to judge league strength.
Is the picture different with an invincibles side in it?
League is skewed this season anyhow with 9 sides involved in europe games.

I think this is one of the more competitive seasons in recent times. Outside of a few teams at the top and bottom this year anyone is capable of beating anyone. If you manage to string a few games together like Utd have then all of a sudden your fortunes drastically change.
