Manchester United

What an absolute state these are in now days.

The stench of decay around that club is unreal.

Of course, the solution to their financial predicament will be to buy more overpriced players on eye-watering wages.

They will then also flounder and fail to improve the team - but it’s okay, because there are still plenty of staff to sack and another transfer window is always just around the corner.

An austerity tory destroying another institution.

Its funny hearing stories like this about them having to ask our U13 team to lend them some kit. We were run so badly for a couple of decades but I don`t think we sunk so low as to have to try and borrow kit from the opposition. The Ferguson era at United was kept going at some point by their ability to bring their own players into the first team through their youth set up. Sir Jim`s actions seem to be turning their youth system into a bit of a farce, and could see other teams have an opportunity to nail down promising young players by just being able to provide them with first class training facilities and kit. Keep up the good wok Sir Jim I say.

We did have to borrow some kit off Luton once (shorts and socks i think it was) as we didn't bring the correct away kit.

We won 1-0 as well.

Edit - it was the shirt we had to borrow and here is the goal
