My take is players that look good in bad clubs are exactly the type of player we been buying for years. Everton need a step change to crack the top 4. Sure he would do a decent job but it's time to go after top talent at performing clubs.

I've stopped worrying about how much players cost and if it's value. That's not our concern... just get the best we can.
