Shepard
Agard
Anichebe
Et al

Is that they all wont be in the first team squad unless there exceptional what the club would like to happen would be that those who dont make the required standard i.e. as good as Johnson, Yak and Vaghan (lets face it these players are likley to be around for a while). These players will be used to create funds for the club and if you like a revinue stream.

Did you ever notice how much money United and Arsnal make on selling the Jonathon Spectors and Kiron Richardons and Mvambas of this world about five million a season.
