sounds like he now seeing what's happening at Everton and wants in on it. not saying we should but that's how it looks from him

Absolutely. If he was one-on-one with the keeper, I expected him to score pretty much every time and I was shocked if he didn’t.

It’s easy for people to mention his touch and love of goals against the lesser clubs rather than the best, yet an almost one-in-two goal rate speaks for itself.
I think he had three one on ones in the semi final at Wembley and a penalty, he didn’t score from any of them, in fact quite a lot of his goals were against the poorer teams, he could have stayed but went because he wanted to, the grass was greener at Old Trafford, so he thought, a good portion of United fans turned against him at the end of his time there.

Reminds me of big Nev, except I always expected him to save it.

Looks like he got a good taste of the United fans and realised we weren’t that bad. Cause he had a few digs at us when he was here and when he left.

Don't get me wrong, he was poor against United in the final and his poor performance probably cost us from preceding to the final. However...

The whole 'most his goals were against poorer teams' is one I find bemusing. How many players score more goals against the top teams rather than lesser teams?

From recollection, there isn't a team in the historic top six that didn't score against while playing for us. Could he have scored more? Yes, but that's something else.

He is our best goal scorer in a generation, with a record of 0.46 goals per game, and easily kept us going. A better record than that wouldn't be possible for £28m!
