Some of the stuff he finds in Dark States is utterly grim but as always, he's brilliant at it.

Really enjoying his new series. That 'Heroin Town' episode was very interesting, but hard to watch at times. Felt sorry for that young girl who ended up living with her Drug Dealing boyfriend. She was terrified of him, you could tell he has complete control over her as he holds the key to her existence - Drugs.

She actually seemed switched on too, just such a waste.

He's consistent, seems not to take himself too seriously and isn't scared to ask the question everyone is thinking but finds it difficult to say.

I wouldn't say he's the best documentary maker, I couldn't name one of his documentaries as being one of my favourites. But his work is always great to watch and I rarely dislike his programs.
