But and its a huge but… for all their dominance of ball possession and territory and for the enormous imbalance in attempts on goal, the actual shots on target ended up at just a 3-2 advantage in ‘their’ favour.

It wasn’t pretty and at times it was downright ugly, but Evertonians and Sam Allardyce will be much the happier than Klopp and the Kloppites who failed to make the most and will Roo the Lovren push that saw the Blues take a valuable point.
...something Allardyce immediately spoke about after the West Ham game.

He's right to be relaxed about possession too. Even against teams with a bit more firepower than the average PL team.

...Kenny, Williams and Holgate did very well. Pickford might not have had to make any crucial saves but he just gives the impression that he’s in control. I went for the keeper.

Chuffed for Rooney. Only the most special players have a career like his, only the most special players add a Derby goal to their CV when they don’t have one and when his team most need it. He was getting stick from their fans and shoved it back down their throats. Cometh the hour.
And at the start of the season I thought Rooney was purely a commercial signing
But the testicles of the man to drive a pen in a derby straight down the middle.
No wonder Colleen and grannies love him

He says there was only one team playing until "the ref thought he needed... ". He stops short of saying what he thinks.. that the ref threw the game.

Kenny MOM for me. Delighted for the lad. After a nervous start once Koeman eventually started playing him, I think he's probably been our most consistent player over the last 2 months. Well done JJ.

He said himself "Liverpool forced Everton to defend in their own area for long periods" then complains that Everton didn't play an attacking game (handing the game on a plate to Liverpool as that is their game plan). Overall that interview shows him up to be bitter and shallow when things don't go his way, and I for one enjoyed it lollollol

Some solid performances there, but the Black Pearl was MOM by a mile.

Das beaut loosing the plot hilarious. He got outwhitted by Big Sam AGAIN, simple as that. Suck it up you soft German fanny!
