Every one of those rs vermin players/manager/staff/supporters celebrated that win like a C/L final win, but I thought this match doesn't matter to them? This is their biggest game of the season but not ours.

We played very well. We competed , we fought , we created , we played with our heads we showed composure. Everything that we haven't done for 19 years.

We lost due to a moment of inexplicable lunacy by the keeper.

I mean, yeah, performances are better. But we lost 3 and drawn 1 against Chelsea United Arsenal and now Liverpool. Performances don't mean anything if you can't get points from them.

No the performances do mean something. We haven't gone there to steal a point we have gone there to win 3 points...we are that close by playing our own game with are own style. Only 1 point agreed but if we can build successfully on his first half season then we are surely going in the right direction and not treading water. Many many positives in all those games that you couldn't see in previous seasons. We will have a go, our performances are better, we have been unlucky and all in half a season. You have to say the performances are important as it is showing we are on the right track and not afraid of anybody anymore. We are that close to being a challenger and now the challenge is if Brands and Silva can improve even more to put us truly among the higher teams.

20 votes for Pickford? Sorry but that last minute mistake is inexcusable when the ball was going out of play. You don’t then throw it meekly back into the 6 yard box. Hopefully will just be a one off.

Andre Gomes was our standout.
