The team that finished the game tonight, swapping Tosun in for Niasse, has promise. Add Gueye back in and it's better.

Who would you partner Gueye with Snides or McCarthy? I'd go for McCarthy he didn't well tonight but Snides do ok to.

I think this is the way forward for home games v West Brom, Stoke, Huddersfield, Brighton etc but not away games or games against top 6 sides

Pickford is a quality goal keeper, by the way Reidy does not look a well man, he is younger than me but he don’t look it at the moment. One good thing to come from the game, Bolasie can still run and Kenny is starting to look like a very good full back.
I was surprised to hear Shearer saying he did not think it was a penalty.

For me, final sub should have been Vlasic for Bolaise and kept DCL on. Think he would of kept them pinned back.

DCL shouldn't have been on in the first place. He offers very little.

He normally carries a goal thread and forces mistakes with his work rate, DCL doesn't carry the same threat.
