Eurostar back 7.30pm friday night

Hi. I'm new to the forum. 2 of us going down on Wednesday. Driving down from North Wales to Dover. Catching the 12.00 ferry to Dunkirk, and should arrive in hotel B&B Hotel Lille Lezennes by about 5.00pm, hopefully. Staying two nights. We have tickets for game in M22. Friday, we're catching the 2.00pm ferry back.
Where is the best place to catch up with everybody on the Wednesday night?

By the way, Great thread

What's the most effective way to get from the centre to the ground?
Bus, metro it taxi?
What would a taxi cost for 4 people?

To go from downtown to the stadium, it's very simple! When you're downtown you have to take the metro to the station "Gare Lille-Flandres" or "Rihour" station which is just next to the main square. Take the yellow line to go to the stadium towards "4 Cantons stadium." Walk down to the station there (which is the terminus of the line) or down to the previous station called "Cité Scientifique". Since these two stations, the stadium is 10 minutes walking (and there are indications to head to the stadium). No need to take a taxi, the metro is sufficient and serve until midnight.

We are doing the same pappatezz, driving Liverpool to Dover then ferry about 14.00 arrive in Lille about 18.00.
Then bags in the Ibis hotel and out, just look out for 4 65yr olds on the lash..

We'll dump ours in B&B Hotel. Something to eat, maybe Buffalo Grill nearby, hoping for meat!!
Then head off to the town, and meet up with a few blue Wednesday night'ers!

Jumping on the bandwagon, trying to find fellow Blues travelling at the same time...

Three of us driving from near Brighton to Folkestone, catching the 8.20 Eurotunnel on Thursday morning, then staying at B&B Hotel Stade Pierre Mauroy and coming back on the Eurotunnel at 9.20 on Friday morning.

PS: Just found out you can buy a bottle of Rose for £3 from the supermarkets out there - scenes.

In Normandy the wine bottle sized bottles of Cidre Bouche were only €5 ish in bars, so about €3 a pint as opposed to €5 for the beer.

French Supermarkets don't tend to have anything in a fridge either.
