Chip shop chips, chips at their near hottest, vinegar then salt on then wrapped and bagged. It's the time in the paper stewing in the steam they create. Chippy vinegar is watered down malt stuff. Reckon everywhere has it's own special brew/version.

I always put salt on first thinking if I put it on second alot if it will just end up on the vinegar rather than directly on the chips and dissolve
