Huyton Layne

Player Valuation: £70m
Alright boys,
I think I've pulled the top end of my hamstring. Never even strained my hammy this high before. Keep getting a sharp pain right at the base of my arse cheek. I've rested ( meaning just walking no exercise) it for 2 and a half weeks and it won't seem to heal. Can't afford the doctor as I'm in the states and it costs just to walk thru the door. Anyone know if it can be strapped or any treatment for it so I can play Saturday? Or should I just give up and rest it til I'm pain free?
Thx xx

I would play at least twice a day mate to see if it gets better that way

Try wearing ankle weights aswell

I wish to place on record that I'm officially complaining to the powers that be @grandoldteam @GOT_micknick @Dylanhasaskateboarderbeardffs over this uncalled for very personal insult.

Anti inflammatories if you are allowed them.
Ice baths.
Bit of physio, some stretches, walking backwards, that sort of thing.

How exactly did you do it? Is the pain nearest your abdomen or your backside? Because you dont really want a pull/strain internet diagnosis of an actual hernia.
