Lets be realistic

Come on folks let's all be realistic I've been watching us since the 60,s and I would never ever have picked big Sam for the manager of our club. But and this is a big but we are totally disorganized on the pitch and what we need first and foremost is organization and structure. At the moment as I've said previously on this forum we need to walk before we can run. We're not gonna be challenging for top 6 while we're in the state were in. Once we're stabilized we can start looking for a bigger, better more high profile manager but we need to stay up at all cost and the way we've been playing that doesn't look possible cause we're an absolute shambles at the moment.
