If he does miss a few weeks who do people see as his replacement would Martinez i thought Barry was fine there but we dont want to play him there unless we have to, will he just do a straight swap for Oviedo?

Personally I would like to see Distin move to left back and then Stones takes Distins place in centre half but to be totally honest I would only like to see that so we get to see Stones get some full games, would love to see how we goes for 90minutes at a Premier League level and I also think it would be fantastic for his development.

Although let's just hope Baines is fine and only went of to be safe.

Stones played as a fullback at Barnsley. It would make more sense to play him at LB than Distin.

Distin is our worst defender with the ball at his feet. Stones clearly has more technical ability and is more suited to a role out wide at this point in his career.

Clear stamp by Henderson that. He searches for Baines after he challenges him and the ball's gone...just extended his own foot onto Baines'.

That should be highlighted by MOTD, but wont of course.

Was a bit drunk so I didn't notice that. Our attacking play vastly improved when Baines went off though.

Great isn't it? We had the player who "should have seen red", but Henderson has done Baines and we're the one with the player facing weeks out whilst the rat has a scratch.
