Potentially a very prudent move by the club, how many of our more highly rated younger players have gone on to do not a lot. Maybe it’s blue tinted specs on their actual talent level to begin with. Who better to guide them then possibly the most professional player we’ve ever had play for us in recent times. He understands the modern game and it’s pressures, he was an example both on and off the field and I think he commands the respect that he can mentor the younger players, hopefully persuade some not to make bad choices and throw away their talent. Hopefully the club take the roles seriously and back them. Recent activity makes me think they will get all the support they need. Onwards and upwards blues
