Anyone on here can give me some legal advice in regards to not giving my details to some northern rail “revenue enforcer” ?

If you have bought the incorrect ticket or not bought a ticket then you are compelled to or they'll get transport police, the Railway has it's own enforceable bylaws but some of the Revenue folk are a bit keen like.

The railway police have their own duresdiction to act if you had the wrong ticket etc your post is a bit vague!
