Coleman and Gueye are not - and never will be - good enough for top level football.

Not impressed with Naismith or Oviedo, but still need to see them with a decent run in the side before making a proper judgement.

Junior doesn't look ready. Yet....

That's why Moyes plays Hibbert instead of Coleman all the time. Coleman can't defend. I am not impressed by Oviedo. Naismith is just crap today so is Gueye.

Couple of things really. Our second string is a bit sh*te and the first team players who were on the pitch in the first half thought they could stroll through the game, the bellends needs a slap for that. Just disappointing to watch us get too cocky and lose out to a team who simply wanted it more. Referee gave us absolutely [Poor language removed] all really, allowed Leeds to commit as many fouls as they wanted and then let them waste loads of time but Mason has always been a [Poor language removed] so to be expected. That saying it's our own fault and not his.

Our easiest chance of a cup this year and a cup we've never won and we sh*t it. Well done Everton. Let's hope it doesn't affect the momentum in the league. They want f*cking for that though.

Questions to be raised about squad depth now...and not before time. Some have been living in a dream world on this. We are short in numbers AND in quality.

Head out of the sand time.

Wonder how many awful referees will ruin games for us this season? We've played 7 games and been robbed in 2 of those matches by horrible referees. Yes, we played awful this game, but still we should have had a penalty and most likely extratime 2*30 mins with a nonbiased ref.

Don't blame the ref. We were just sh1te and not good enough.

Didn't deserve to win that. Even made that P*i*k Diouf look good.

Unfortunately, Diouf was close to being man of the match tonight. Held the ball, took his time, some teasing crosses. For all the baggage, he's actually not a bad player. I expect lots will disagree, but thats my attempt at an unbiased(!) opinion.

Pathetic that. Very poor performance. Did Leeds even make a sub ffs?

Lee Mason is also a ****. Never like him refereeing our games. 4 mins added time was a joke there, lots of time wasting. Should've been a penalty as well, that Pierce was all over Anichebe.

Would've been undeserved if we did draw level though. 2nd best all over the pitch to a Championship side. Feel sorry for the travelling blues, the players didn't seem to think it was worth their time until the last 20minutes the bastards.

Got this one wrong Moyes, and have to admit as did I.

Thought that starting IX would've gone at Leeds from the off and would have been enough to see them off. Pure naivety really.

The fact that we made that wankstain El Haji Diouf look so good was the icing on the cake really.

A disaster but then again, we were carried away cos of our boss form in the league weren't we?
Before we all start blaming the possible personalities, I just want to point out that if we were so serious about having a good run then why did Moyes tinker so much knowing its Neil Warnock?

This team hadn't played together, well most of them and then a reaction is a typical Everton culture. The defending was poor, Heitinga, Distin and Coleman...all of them were poor and the midfield was unbalanced. Naismith was a villain, then a hero and then villain again. Another season, no trophy. Besides, I've said it before that we can't win under Moyes cos he may be a lot of other good things but the man isn't bold and lacks tactical cleverness.
