Well, to try and put some sort of positivity into it, if memory serves me right the last 2 times we've gone to Chelsea away in cup competitions we've actually got decent results (ish!), the Baines last minute free kick to take it to pennos in the FA cup and prior to that Yak nearly taking AJ's head off with an absolute rocket to get a decent result in the League cup semi final.

Some others may be able to prove me wrong or shed some more light on it, but you never know, I mean for crying out loud we're due some luck at some point.

We got beat 2-1 and they had 10 men. Hardly call that a decent result.

just seen that we play chelsea between their games against Watford at home and Bournemouth away

if they had a champions league game coming up then maybe they would have rested a lot of big names but I see no reason why they would now. They will probably field a reserve keeper but i'd still expect the likes of Hazard, Fabregas, Bakayoko, Batshuayi and probably their first choice defence start
